Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using UniPolska (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Who can use UniPolska

UniPolska is a social platform for university students and prospective students in Poland. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. The information you provide when registering (name, age, school, etc.) must be accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. You may not transfer your account or create an account on behalf of someone else. Tell us right away if you notice any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content rules

You may not post:

• Harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech
• Nudity, sexual content or violent imagery
• Illegal goods, services or activities
• Spam, scams, fake accounts or impersonation
• Other people's personal information without permission
• Content that infringes copyright or other rights

We may remove content that breaks these rules without notice.

5. Reporting and blocking

You can report inappropriate content or users from within the App and block users you don't want to interact with. We review reports within 24 hours and, where needed, remove the content and take action against the account.

6. Ownership of content

You own the content you post. By posting, you grant us a free, non-transferable, worldwide license to display, store and make that content available to other users within the App. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

7. Suspension and deletion

We may temporarily or permanently close accounts that violate these terms. You can permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Password & security → Delete account.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. UniPolska is not responsible for content posted by users or for meetings or transactions between users. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will announce significant changes in the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new terms.
